Emotional Strain on Demi Lovato

According to this report, Demi Lovato had checked herself into a treatment center to “seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time.”

The first number that comes to my mind when it comes to emotional stress is the strong presence of the number 4, which usually happens for many common cases.

Lovato is experiencing the “Double Effect” vibes this year (2010). She may feel emotionally stressed up by the “double whammy” negative energies. The negative energies of the 7-5-3 number combination are doubly strong too. This could imply a lost in money, and possibly contractual disagreement. Fortunately for Lovato, Disney has no plan to replace her in the Jonas Brothers World Tour, and supported her decision “to put her health first.”

There are potential signs of mental or maniac depression. At the extreme end, it could lead to becoming more violent and abusive. Lovato has to learn to control her anger, temper and stress. These may create potential health conditions (like heart-related problems, diabetes, respiratory) if she gets into alcoholic drinking, smoking, or drug consumption. She should also learn how to relax and work to improve her relationships with others.

There may be a potential health condition next year related to lungs, immune and mental problems. Regular exercise and taking proper balanced food would benefit her. Again, taking up relaxation activities like yoga or meditation may help to calm her thoughts and unnecessary worries.

It takes guts and sincerity to know your weaknesses and realise when you need to help yourself.  Checking in for treatment is the first step for Lovato to take charge of her own health. Let’s wish her speedy recovery.
